Joe Gibbons is the Founder and President of Gulf Atlantic Cottages, bringing nearly four decades of hands-on construction experience and leadership to the world of park model living. With a lifelong passion for architecture, design, and building excellence, Joe has dedicated his career to creating homes that reflect quality, functionality, and enduring value.

Joe began his construction journey at just 18 years old, purchasing and building his first home and laying the foundation for what would become a 38-year career in residential construction. Known for his deeply involved leadership style, he is equally comfortable designing floor plans, collaborating with clients, and working alongside his team in the field. This hands-on approach ensures every home is thoughtfully designed and built to the highest standards.

After relocating from Michigan to Florida nearly two decades ago, Joe expanded his vision to meet the evolving needs of homeowners seeking both craftsmanship and flexibility in how they live. Through Gulf Atlantic Cottages, he combines time-tested building expertise with a fresh perspective—creating park model homes that are as beautifully built as they are livable.
